Rolle Town, Great Exuma, Bahamas · Home Rentals & Lodging
Rolle Town Retreat is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom holiday home in Rolle Town on Great Exuma. The host's Airbnb page and the named Vrbo listing both describe accommodation for four, with a kitchen and living space for an independent stay. The Airbnb description places the beach nearby, while booking-platform amenity labels use beachfront wording. Ask the host to explain the actual route from the house to the sand, including any road, steps or uneven ground. That detail is more useful when choosing this home than treating every beach-related label as the same experience.
Practical visitor information
Plan arrival around your flight, groceries and the exact check-in instructions. The host says local assistance is available while they live off-island; obtain the current arrival contact and a backup number before travelling. If you want to cook, confirm the appliances and supplies you will need for your first evening. Request current photos or a description of the beach path and ask about access at different tides. Confirm whether any kayaks, paddleboards or other water equipment are actually supplied for your dates, along with their condition and use arrangements. For guests with mobility needs, ask about the entrance, bathroom, parking surface and route to the beach separately. A parking feature alone does not answer those questions. Compare the final total for the same dates and guest count, including cleaning, taxes, deposits and cancellation terms. The property listing's references to excursions or events should be checked separately before including them in your itinerary.
